WORKING EXPERIENCE
Neeta Lal began her career as a Nursing Manager at Lecadia Primacare Centre Sdn. Bhd., where she was responsible for 120 in-house patients and 40 nursing staff. In this role, she conducted training programs, assessed medical conditions, and managed incidents involving staff, patients, and relatives.
In 2016, Neeta joined Alpha Fertility Centre, leveraging her skills and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the company. She managed license applications, maintained medication supply, and oversaw nurse training and development. Neeta successfully participated in achieving RTAC accreditation and is well-versed in MOH, CKAPS, and JCI regulations.
A significant contributor to planning and designing new IVF clinics, Neeta has ensured that facilities such as Genesis IVF & Women’s Specialists Centre, Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists (Kota Damansara), and Alhaya Fertility Centre meet all necessary requirements.
Neeta is recognized for her reliability, responsibility, and exceptional teaching and coaching abilities.
