WORKING EXPERIENCE

Joseph has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, with a strong focus on multi-site clinic administration, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. He served as Clinic Operations Manager at Asia GenPrime (July 2024–2025), he oversees multiple clinics across Asia, driving operational excellence, integrating digital health solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. His role also includes budgeting, procurement, vendor negotiations, and establishing partnerships to enhance service delivery.

Previously, Joseph was Manager of Operations at TMC Fertility and Women’s Specialist Centre (Aug 2023–Jun 2024), where he reported directly to the CEO. He managed daily operations, maintained legal and regulatory compliance, maximized resource utilization, and supervised clinical operations, housekeeping, and facilities. He also led quality and regulatory programs, developed patient service standards, and managed building maintenance and vendor contracts. Before this, as Assistant Manager – Operations (Mar 2022–Jul 2023) at the same centre, he supported compliance, budgeting, staff training, and efficiency improvements while overseeing hiring and performance evaluations.
