Alpha IVF Group forms joint venture to establish fertility centre of excellence in Bali
• New entity, PT Alpha IVF Dan SPOG Bali, to be established in Bali’s Healthcare Special Economic Zone (SEZ)

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 20 May 2025 – A leading specialist in fertility care Alpha IVF Group Berhad (“Alpha IVF Group”, “the Group”, “阿儿法国际辅助生殖集团”, Bloomberg: ALPHA MK, Bursa Ticker: 0303), through its wholly owned subsidiary Alpha IVF Systems Sdn Bhd, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Indonesia’s PT Delemont Global Venture to establish a full-fledged fertility and women’s specialists centre in Bali.
The joint venture agreement was formalized at a signing ceremony held at Alpha IVF Group’s headquarters in Kota Damansara, Malaysia, today.
Under the agreement, Alpha IVF Systems Sdn Bhd will hold a 75% equity stake, while PT Delemont Global Venture will hold the remaining 25% in the newly formed entity, PT Alpha IVF Dan SPOG Bali. The partnership combines Alpha IVF Group’s advanced fertility expertise with local market insights.
The centre, which is targeted to be operational by the end of year 2026, will be located within the Bali Healthcare Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sanur, a strategic location that offers significant fiscal advantages, including tax exemptions, integrated healthcare and tourism ecosystem, in support of Indonesia’s drive to position Bali as a premier destination for medical and wellness tourism. The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sanur will also allow Malaysian and other foreign doctors to practice there.
The Bali centre will offer a full spectrum of assisted reproductive services (ARS), including in-vitro fertilization (IVF), pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), egg and sperm freezing, fertility diagnostics, and personalized treatment planning – all backed by Alpha IVF Group’s proprietary systems of systems.
