KUALA LUMPUR (July 28): Alpha IVF Group Bhd (KL:ALPHA) recorded a 14.7% increase in net profit to RM16.07 million for its fourth quarter ended May 31, 2025 (4QFY2025), from RM14 million a year earlier.
Quarterly revenue grew 7% year-on-year to RM50 million from RM46.75 million, the fertility care group said in a bourse filing on Monday, attributing the improved performance to higher sales from the provision of assisted reproductive services.
The group declared a higher dividend of 0.33 sen per share, up from 0.29 sen previously, bringing its full-year dividend to 1.18 sen versus 1.15 sen in FY2024.

For the full year, net profit rose 8.5% to RM57.45 million from RM52.93 million in FY2024, while total revenue increased 5.5% to RM176.84 million from RM167.59 million, thanks to higher sales from foreign patients.
Alpha IVF said its strategy remains focused on leveraging its core competency in fertility services to drive expansion both locally and regionally. Key initiatives include expanding specialist services in Malaysia, China and Southeast Asia, as well as upgrading existing centres and facilities.
As of the current quarter, the group operates four full-fledged IVF centres in Malaysia and Singapore, two sales and representative offices in China, and two satellite clinics in Indonesia.
Over the next 12 months, Alpha IVF anticipates launching two additional IVF centres in Malaysia, two in the Philippines, and one IVF centre along with two more satellite clinics in Indonesia.
With these expansions, the group remains optimistic about further revenue growth.
Alpha IVF shares closed unchanged at 27.5 sen on Monday, valuing the group at RM1.34 billion. Year to date, the stock has declined 19%.
