She graduated with a Medical Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2004, and obtained her Master’s in O&G from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2012. She later completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine in 2018, with focused training in fertility preservation and ovarian tissue cryopreservation at Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.

In 2019, she was awarded the prestigious IFEPAG Fellowship in Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology by the International Federation of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology in Melbourne, Australia — a credential held by few in the region.
